We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
• Registration details for requests to attend meetings
• If you share social media content, we may be able to identify you from your interactions with our social media.

How we obtain your personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To manage attendance at APPG meetings
• With your permission, to send you updates and information on the APPG’s work

We use the information that you have given us to send you invitations to APPG meetings and provide news updates and we may share this information with the APPG on Working at Height Officers and Pagodar Public Relations Limited to administer event information and invitations

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your contact details for 14 months. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your records from our server.
